- **Event Description**: On this special day, we’re dedicating our Saturday Team WOD class to the “13 Days Fighting” challenge in memory of Leo, the beloved son of Zack George, who tragically passed away after 13 days in paediatric intensive care.

This will be a one-day-only event at CFB CrossFit, and we’re inviting EVERYONE—
Members, friends, family, kids—to stand with us and take part in this powerful cause.

You can:
• Walk or run 1 mile
• Complete any number of burpees – from 1 to 100+
• Or simply come along to support

This is more than just fitness. It’s about love, respect, and solidarity.
We’ll also be raising money and awareness for an incredible cause.

• Class to follow the same special format
• A relaxed vibe with larger class sizes than usual
• Complete as much distance and as many burpees as you can in the time
• Scores recorded = Distance + Burpees
• Every effort counts – big or small!
